My personality trait of being detail oriented or “OCD” as my wife will say LOL, has served me well being channeled into very thorough home inspections for my clients. I have acted as general contractor for the building of 3 custom homes, performing much of the work myself so I am very knowledgeable of how a home is put together from the time excavation has begun to completion.
